Lori Hoagland named Top 100 Talent Acquisition Professional Award Finalist
New York City, NY – It is with great pride that we announce our very own Lori Hoagland has been named one of the 150 finalists for the Top 100 Talent Acquisition Professional Award.
The 150 finalists have been selected from a large number of applications and nominations, and will be voted on by the talent acquisition community. Voters will vote for finalists that they have observed one or more of the following:
- Made a considerable impact on their organization and/or previous organizations.
- Made strong contributions to the talent acquisition community through thought leadership.
- Innovate in their role/career.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership.
Lori starting her career as a developer/BA/IT Group Manager at Prudential in both Life and Health Insurance, working as a Tech Writer for two major pharmaceutical companies, and even as a product designer for a small accounting software before going into recruiting. Lori came to Marcum Search 5 years ago to help expand the IT division, and since then, has become the Head of our IT recruiting group and also serves as the EVP of Operations for our firm. Lori’s great success in Talent Acquisition has been a great asset to Marcum Search and to be recognized as a finalist for this award is an honor.
