How has your career grown since starting at Marcum Search?
Since our legacy firm joined Marcum Search in December of 2019, I have had the opportunity to take on more client responsibility, team management as well as recruit for more roles outside of NE Ohio.
In my career I am most proud of…
The relationships I have built within the firm, with our clients and the candidates that I have worked with over the years due to the successes we have had together. They trust me and my judgement to assist them with their openings as well as helping candidates find their next best role.

What is your best tip on how to stay connected while still practicing social distancing during COVID-19?
Zoom and FaceTime to be able to have that face to face communication continue even with social distancing.
What is one thing you hope to achieve in 2021?
I have a milestone birthday this year and working to be in the best shape of my life!
