Tell us a little about yourself
I’m a proud New Yorker! Being raised in such a diverse city you’ll find me exploring new foods to try or places to go with my fiancée. I also, love going to the gym and binging crime documentaries.

How has your career grown since starting at Marcum Search?
Five months ago, I made the decision to transition out of audit to talent acquisition. I frequently get asked if I like it and my response is always that, it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thanks to my amazing team, in just these few months I’ve learned about recruiting, accounting, and many skills that I even apply in my personal life.

My perfect day is
My perfect day is sitting at the beach in Puerto Rico enjoying the sun, soft breeze, and a nice cold piña colada with my loved ones.

Advice for my 16 year old self
Worry less and enjoy the journey with those you love.

Number 1 on my bucket list
Travel! I want to travel to all places, big or small.

The person who had the biggest impact on my life is
I am blessed to say there is not just one person who had the biggest impact on my life but two. My parents, without out them I have no idea where I would be. They are incredibly supportive, encouraging and have taught me to work hard for what I want.

In my career I am most proud of
I’m most proud of the decision to transition to talent acquisition. I would have never thought I would end up here but have absolutely no regrets.

A funny or memorable experience from your career or personal life?
I’m the first to graduate college in my family and seeing them in the crowd when I graduated will always be one of my most memorable moments.
