Since joining Marcum Search, almost 3 years ago, I have been able to work more independently allowing me a more flexible work/life balance than ever before. I have grown from a Sourcer into a full Recruiter in the Technology and Pharmaceutical industries.

“Listen” you don’t always need to talk. I have learned that talking is overrated, listening makes life and learning more interesting.

To travel. My husband and I recently purchased an RV to see the states and visit with family.
