Nicholas Schleifer has an extensive recruiting background having worked for two of the largest national recruiting firms before joining Marcum Search.  He works with clients in diverse industries across Long Island, as well as the larger tri-state area, and has placed candidates at all levels from clerk to the C-Level.  His clients includes: International conglomerates, distribution and manufacturing companies, as well as real estate and non-profit organizations.  In addition, he assists several top Long Island CPA firms with identifying talent for their audit and tax teams.  Nicholas is committed to the highest level of quality in his placements and always works to fully understand his clients and candidates to ensure the proper match has been made.

Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Nicholas earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, worked for a year as an auditor before entering Hofstra Law School.  After graduation from Law School, he worked for a KPMG and BDO in their State and Local Tax Groups.
