Brian Lucas serves as the firm’s Executive Vice President and also is in charge of the New York City office. Mr. Lucas contributes to the firm’s success and growth using his in-depth industry background and resources to locate and match the most qualified talent with the right organization. He is an effective communicator, consistently demonstrating his commitment to providing highly-personalized service. Mr. Lucas’s approach to business is centered around building working relationships based on honesty and communication with a personal touch.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Lucas served as Managing Director of Accounting and Finance for a leading executive search firm. He gained first-hand industry experience that has armed him with the ability to more intimately understand his client’s and candidate’s needs. Earlier in his career, he worked for regional accounting firms and has a B.S. in Accounting.
