Richard Pars is the founder and president of Marcum Search LLC. With over 20 years of
recruiting experience, Richard launched the Firm in 2008 with a focus on executive-level recruiting across diverse industries.
Prior to forming Marcum Search, Richard served as a director of human resources for a wide array of businesses, including a
professional services firm, a non-profit organization, and a publicly-traded biotech company.
An extraordinary judge of talent, Richard has hired more than 1,000 people for varied positions
throughout his career. His personal approach is centered around building strong relationships with clients and candidates to
ensure the perfect match.
Richard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from New School University. In addition, he is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist by the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |

Brian Lucas is a proven performer in placing highly-qualified talent with the right company. As the leader of the Marcum Search Accounting & Finance Group, Brian contributes to the Firm’s success and growth by using his industry background and resources to locate and match the most qualified talent with the right organization. He is an effective communicator, consistently demonstrating his commitment to providing highly-personalized service. Brian’s approach to business is centered around building working relationships based on honesty and communication with a personal touch.
Prior to joining Marcum Search, Brian served as Managing Director of Accounting and Finance for a leading executive search firm. He gained first-hand, industry experience that has armed him with the ability to more intimately understand his clients’ and candidates’ needs. Earlier in his career, Brian worked for regional accounting firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University. |

Michael Paris has a concern for quality and a commitment to both clients and candidates. Michael takes a personal approach to recruiting by “digging deep” and asking pertinent questions to thoroughly understand what his clients and candidates are seeking. A quick judge of talent, he excels at identifying candidates with the most appropriate match of skills and personalities for the job.
Prior to joining Marcum Search LLC, Michael was the Vice President of a South Florida based regional recruiting firm where he assisted CPA firms and private sector companies in varied industries with their recruiting needs.
Mr. Paris is a former accountant with more than ten years of experience in multiple industries. He earned his Bachelor of Accounting degree from the State University of New York, College of Oneonta.
Michael resides in Florida with his wife and children, is an avid tennis player and golfer and is involved with many charitable organizations. |

Tori Piechocniski’s extensive background as a certified public accountant and successful recruiter uniquely qualifies her to lead Marcum Search’s temporary staffing division. She works with businesses of all sizes to provide supplementary staff for positions ranging from entry-level to C-level.
With more than 20 years combined accounting and staffing experience, Tori spent seven years as a senior staffing manager for the temporary accounting division of the largest specialized staffing firm. Earlier in her career, Tori held controller, auditing and accounting positions for publicly-traded companies and accounting firms.
An industry expert, Tori presents to groups of job seekers on topics related to resume writing, interviewing tips and job searching strategies. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University.

Previously, Michael was with a regional recruiting company where he specialized in the recruitment of information technology, engineering, accounting and finance positions.

With an in-depth background in sales and negotiations, Elyce Parker successfully interfaces with C-level executives, management and key decisions makers to develop long-term client relationships. Her responsibilities include driving national business development efforts for the firm’s permanent placement and temporary staffing divisions, as well as expanding its client base.
Elyce has more than eight years experience identifying business opportunities and managing client relationships. She is highly skilled at pursuing prospects and has a strong understanding of current market conditions.
Elyce’s background includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer for a fashion accessory company. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Family Studies from the State University at Buffalo.

Kris Limaye’s impressive background as a successful recruiter includes him being named the “Boston Market Rookie of the Year” in Finance and Accounting and a “2006 Top Performer,” during his tenure at a large national recruiting firm. Currently, Kris helps lead the recruiting efforts for the Firm’s New England market. He works closely with clients in a variety of industries including public accounting, high technology, pharmaceutical, venture capital, manufacturing, healthcare and education.
Kris has more than 14 years of sales and marketing experience and has spent the last five years in recruiting. Prior to joining Marcum Search, Kris was a Manager at a boutique staffing agency where he oversaw contract and permanent placement for the finance and accounting team.
Kris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration in eBusiness from the University of San Francisco. |

Austin Hoffman focuses on placing information technology staff for various industries. His technical background and intensive industry training helps clients find qualified candidates for specialized positions. Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years in the entertainment industry successfully assisting executives with recruitment.
Austin graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Nicole Arsenault is a dedicated and detail-oriented recruiter who has more than five years of progressive recruiting experience across all disciplines. Since joining the Firm in 2008, Nicole has led internal recruiting for the New England area while assisting with marketing efforts.
Nicole has experience recruiting all levels of staff for accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, sales and administration. She works closely with clients in diverse industries including public accounting, high technology, pharmaceutical, venture capital, manufacturing, healthcare and education.
Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Massachusetts. Previously, she spent several years with an international staffing organization.
